Applet is not loading on Vista with Kernel JRE PIT10 (respin) on IE. Where as it works fine with Firefox 2 with old plugin.

I could reporoduce this problem in three Vista (Basic, 2 Ultimate) m/cs.

Steps to reproduce:
Install Kernel JRE PIT 10 (respin)
Launch IE7 and load an Applet.
