Java Setup Windows is completely hidden and no blinking icon on the task bar

        This is an usability issue and noticed during 6u14 java.com Staging acceptance testing.

        Tested URL: http://star-wip.sfbay.sun.com:88/
               OSes: Vista, Windows server 2008, Windows 7 (rc)

        When clicking 'Free Java Download', the Java Setup-Windows is always staying in the background- underneath the browser itself. Even the iconified Java icon associated with that java setup window is shown in the Windows task bar but it is NOT even blinking at all. It makes it harder for end user (if not impossible) to realize that a hidden Java Setup Windows on the background waiting for their interaction in order to start the installation process. This issue does not occur if we tried to install current 6u13 from java.com. It doesn't occur on Windows XP. End users on these Vista, Windows server 2008, Windows 7 will possibly complain that they can't install 6u14 and so on ..... (and this can be one of the reasons)
