FileChooser: Need to be able to specify initial file name in save dialog

        There is no way to specify the initial file name in file open/save dialogs. I assumed if the initialDirectory property pointed to a file or non-existent name in a directory then that would be used as the initial file name. But a exception is thrown instead.
