Support for multiple stylesheets in javadoc

      JDK-8071957 is a draft JEP to specify the stylesheet used by the standard doclet.

      Multiple stylesheets (when present) should be cumulative, in a defined order -- e.g. default from standard doclet, javadoc command line etc.
