Launching JRE installer, at the very beginning clicking "next" will show the dialog which should be shown when clicked "cancel".
Clicking "cancel" will continue with the installation.
This is happening from mustang b16.

Tested bundle: jre-6_0-ea-bin-b16-windows-i586-16_dec_2004.exe
