Exception Site List window does not allow copy and paste and other problems

        The user should be able to paste a URL in to the location field of a new line in the Exception Site List. For example, I should be able to click "Add" and then paste text in the clipboard in to the selected Location field for the newly added item.

        The current behavior requires that the user type the entire URL in to the field by hand. This is error prone and quite user unfriendly.

        I am combining this with several other Exception List gui items that I will close as dupe. Here is a list of the other problems:
        1.) copy and past (above)
        2.) Need more space below the Manage Exceptions button on the JCP Security tab. (see JDK-8027603)
        3.) Exception Site List window empty list indicator is confusing (see JDK-8027594)
        4.) Adding a new item to the Exception Site list should put focus in the location field (see JDK-8027601)
        5.) Removing an item from the Exception Site List should select the next remaining item (if any) (see JDK-8027599)
        6.) Exception Site List window allows you to add empty items (see JDK-8027596)
